Database-level isolation

Your estate's data is isolated at the database layer — not just the application layer. One estate cannot see another's data, even if there's a bug in the app.

Tamper-proof audit trail

Every action is recorded permanently. No one — not us, not your chair, not a future EXCO — can modify or delete an audit entry.

Three tiers. Matched to your scale.

Estates start free under 50 houses. Once an estate grows beyond that, a small percentage on collections — applied with a transparent floor and cap — keeps the platform running. Estates that want gate-level automated dues enforcement can opt into Premium.

Your residents pay only their invoiced amount. The platform fee is itemised in every settlement — fully transparent.
