Estate Operations Platform

Two years from now, the next chair shouldn't have to reconstruct your records from a WhatsApp group.

MyEstates is the trusted financial backbone for Nigerian residential estates — purpose-built around how Nigerian EXCOs actually work.

01

Purpose-built for Nigerian estates

Not a generic property platform retrofitted for here. Built around how Nigerian EXCOs actually work — chairs, treasurers, secretaries, AGMs, levies, BRT.

02

Role separation that mirrors how estates run

Chair, treasurer, and secretary each see what they need — and approve what they should. No single point of trust; no single point of failure.

03

Records that survive every handover

Every invoice, every payment, every decision — preserved as a tamper-proof trail. When new EXCO members come in, they inherit clean records, not WhatsApp screenshots.

Features

Built for the way Nigerian estates actually run

For EXCO

  • Issue invoices for dues, levies, and one-off charges — with one click or in bulk.
  • Reconcile payments automatically as residents pay through Paystack.
  • Track every action with an audit trail no one can tamper with — not even us.

For residents

  • See exactly what you've been invoiced and what you've paid, anytime.
  • Pay dues through Paystack with a card, transfer, or USSD.
  • Download receipts and statements you can keep for your records.

Trust

Trust isn't a tagline. It's the architecture.

Estate money is a sensitive thing. We've built the platform from the ground up to protect both EXCO and residents.

Bank-grade 2FA

Every EXCO account is protected with the same 2FA standard used by major banking apps. No password-only logins for anyone with financial authority.

Database-level isolation

Your estate's data is isolated at the database layer — not just the application layer. One estate cannot see another's data, even if there's a bug in the app.

Tamper-proof audit trail

Every action is recorded permanently. No one — not us, not your chair, not a future EXCO — can modify or delete an audit entry.

Pricing

One simple fee. Same for every estate.

We charge a small percentage on each collection — with a minimum to keep the platform sustainable on small estates, and a maximum so larger estates aren't penalised as they grow. Same rate whether you have 30 houses or 300.

Your residents pay only their invoiced amount. The platform fee comes out of collected funds — clearly itemised, fully transparent.

Platform fee per collection

Minimum per transaction₦300
Maximum per transaction₦7,500

Example: a ₦50,000 levy invoice generates a ₦2,500 platform fee — well within the cap. A ₦200,000 invoice still generates only ₦7,500.
