Pricing

Three tiers.
Matched to your scale.

Estates start free. As they grow, a small percentage of actual collections keeps the platform running — and estates wanting automated, gate-level dues enforcement can opt into Premium.

Your residents pay only their invoiced amount. The platform fee comes out of collected funds — clearly itemised in every settlement. No hidden charges, no add-ons, no per-resident subscriptions.

Why three tiers?

Every estate’s needs are different. A 30-property estate just digitizing its books shouldn’t pay the same way as a 300-property estate running 24/7 automated enforcement at the gate. Tiered pricing reflects that honestly.

Freemium removes the barrier to entry entirely — there’s no reason a small estate shouldn’t be able to try MyEstates for free.

Standard reflects the real value of the software at scale: more properties, more transactions, more reconciliation work being done on your behalf.

Premium reflects something materially different — physical infrastructure, deployed on your premises, doing enforcement work around the clock. The higher rate funds that hardware directly, and stops the moment it’s paid for.

No estate is locked into a higher rate forever. No estate pays for hardware it doesn’t end up owning.

How Smart-Gate Premium pays for itself

The 7.5% Premium rate is not a permanently higher fee. It’s hardware your estate ends up owning, financed through platform-fee credits on actual collections.

  1. 1. Upfront commitment — 30%

Your estate pays 30% of the Smart-Gate hardware cost before installation. This is the only upfront amount.

  2. 2. 7.5% pays down the rest

From every collection processed through MyEstates afterward, 7.5% is deducted — and every naira of that deduction is credited against the remaining 70% hardware balance.

  3. 3. Once it’s paid off, it’s yours

When cumulative deductions equal the outstanding 70%, ownership of the Smart-Gate hardware transfers fully to your estate.

  4. 4. The fee drops, permanently

From that point forward, your estate pays the same 2.5% as Standard — for good. You keep the hardware, the enforcement, and the lower rate.

The 7.5% applies only to what’s actually collected. Slower collection periods mean a longer (not larger) path to full hardware ownership. Faster collections mean faster payoff.

Bring clarity to your estate's finances.

Two ways in, depending on who you are.
